For Episode 5 we had the chance to sit down with Nick Burton from Paris, Texas. Nick is owner of Victory Gardens Farm and Victory Lunch Club, and founder of State of the Soil. He's also the creative director for Bootstrap Farmer and co-hosts a podcast called Bootstrap Farmer Radio.
