About Us
We’re on the street with you, providing support for the farmers market community.
Our Job Is Weird.
We run farmers markets: you know, grocery stores on the street or in the park. We move barricades, map layouts, curate vendors, and create marketing magic. We monitor regulations and help shape them. And that’s just the tip of the iceberg romaine. We’re here to help you do it all too.
The Story Behind
Farmers Market Pros
Like you, Catt Fields White followed her heart to farmers markets. She found an industry full of talented people with overwhelming enthusiasm for farming, artisanal food and community, and often minimal business skills.
Creating the Vendor-101 program let Catt and her team give small farmers and food makers a simple education in the basics of starting a business. When established vendors and managers asked for more advanced training, InTents: The Farmers Market Conference was born. It went a step farther than typical small farm conferences by welcoming packaged food vendors and adding a strong focus on the needs of market managers. Tent Talk, the weekly farmers market podcast, now brings Farmers Market Pros Catt Fields White and Brijet Myers and their guests to a wider audience— making farmers market operations and market businesses less stressful and more financially sustainable for everyone.
Passion, meet profit.
